Theresa is associated and collaborates with AG Care Ghana (NGO) and Africa Is Life-Changing, the USA to provide vocational training to street girl head porters popularly known in Ghana as Kayayee. She has passion for fashion and desires to train as many people as possible who would want to have their own businesses, thereby becoming self-reliant; to transform the fashion industry to yield the relevant status in national development. She believes that, skills development will help transform individuals, families and the nation as this would create more jobs and would decrease unemployment.
