Theresa M.B.A. Mintah

Theresa Mintah is a fashion entrepreneur and mentor. Theresa has several years of experience in managing and building the capacity of individuals to become self-reliant. She motivates and empowers the youth to develop their entrepreneurial abilities, be productive and encourages self-employment through motivational and entrepreneurial talks.  Theresa is vision minded with good interpersonal skills and customer care in various fields of work. A highly qualified fashion and technical apparel designer/entrepreneur with a solid background in accounting.  Theresa currently heads MBA Mode Ghana Limited.

Theresa is associated and collaborates with AG Care Ghana (NGO) and Africa Is Life-Changing, the USA to provide vocational training to street girl head porters popularly known in Ghana as Kayayee. She has passion for fashion and desires to train as many people as possible who would want to have their own businesses, thereby becoming self-reliant; to transform the fashion industry to yield the relevant status in national development. She believes that, skills development will help transform individuals, families and the nation as this would create more jobs and would decrease unemployment.
